We begin to work
These were the years when we had a lot of fun brightening the Castelgrande in Bellinzona(CH), but also the years of the consultancies to the World Economic Forum in Crans Montana (CH) and to numerous political representatives. We start working with Forbo (CH), Airfrance (F), Buell Motorcycles (USA), Opel (D), Sector, No limits (I), Fondiaria SAI (I).
GDS is structured as a Corporation
GDS becomes a Limited Company. Subsequently, it opens its own offices in Milan and NYC .
We open, as a partner, an office in Asia where we work for the Singapore Government on internationalization projects and then other assignments based in Singapore and Hong Kong follow. We consolidate relationships with existing clients and start working with other brands including 4 banks globally , IEO Hospital Group (I), Farmaceutica Zambon (I), Nestlè (CH), Novartis (CH), Alpiq (I), Artsana (I), Parmalat (I), Montblanc (D), Chanel (F), Peuterey (I).
In 2008, in partnership with Great Place to Work Internationalwe launched The Work Style Magazine in San Francisco (USA), publishing inserts dedicated to the Best Workplaces in Europe and promoting a Talk program based on the TED model.
GDS becomes GWH
GDS becomes GWH. We sell off branches in Asia and the US and acquire additional companies specializing in publishing and coaching and become GWH putting an emphasis on branding and luxury management consulting.
In collaboration with Carmi & Ubertis we win the international tender for the Expo Milano 2015 brand management.
Strengthening of the Luxury Unitas a framework for our temporary management services with the acquisition of C-levelmandates by our consultants. We also develop Valuation & planning activities on behalf of several investment fundsin the luxury sector. Annual turnaround managed ∼100M€.
Turnaround of 4 fashion brands with CEO and Chairman roles. Some clients celebrate 20 years of collaboration with us. Some customers celebrate twenty years of collaboration with us.
